The Brooklyn Museum has a variety of offerings this week for art and music lovers. Art History Happy Hour is happening from 7 to 9pm on Thursday, offering lectures on the museum’s new gallery, “Giants: Art from the Dean Collection of Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys.
The museum’s Family Concerts series returns Saturday afternoon with “Five Magical Tales” performed by the Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra, and on Sunday, a free drop-in program called “Sunday Art Hang,” will allow families to come observe a piece of art and create their own work inspired by the piece.

The Werk Room, is NYC’s Premier Drag Race Viewing Party, is coming to Williamsburg this Friday. The show will featurestars of Rupaul’s Drag Race season 16, Nymphia Wind and Plane Jane, and the winner of Drag Race UK season 3, Krystal Versace.
Luis Fernando will be DJing and there will bea meet and greet with the performers at 10pm. A dance party will follow from 10:45pm to 2 am.
