Police arrested a man last week for allegedly stabbing another with a pair of scissors in Clinton Hill.

A 42-year-old man was arrested on March 29 after he allegedly stabbed another man with a pair of scissors during a dispute over the ownership of a radio in Clinton Hill, police said.
According to cops who arrived on the scene at Park Avenue and Hall Street after midday, two men had been engaged in a verbal dispute over a radio, resulting in the 42-year-old stabbing a 25-year-old man in the left arm.
Responding officers arrested the 42-year-old following a canvas of the nearby area.
EMS rushed the victim to Woodhull Hospital for treatment.
Year-t0-date, Clinton Hill’s 88th Precinct has seen a reported 44 felony assaults as of March 31, when the most recent Police Department data is available — nearly 5% higher than the 42 reported during the same time in 2023.
