Suspect (NYPD) and West 4 Street-Washington Square Station (GMaps)
A 67-year-old man was punched in the face while standing in front of an entrance to a subway station in Greenwich Village last week.
The victim was by the entrance to the West 4 Street- Washington Square Station, located at 388 Avenue of Americas, at around 8:18 a.m. Friday when an unknown man slugged him twice in the face.
The 67-year-oldโs face was bruised and swollen due the attack. The suspect fled southbound on 6th Avenue on foot.
Police released a photo of the suspect.
