A 15-year-old boy is recovering in the hospital after a Sunday night shooting in Harlem.
According to police, the victim was shot near West 135th Street and Lenox Avenue at around 9:45 p.m. on Feb. 26. Officers responded to the scene to find that the boy had been shot in the lower abdomen.
He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem where he is expected to recover.
There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
Authorities reportedly believe two suspects are involved, but could not disclose any additional information Monday morning.
