STATEN ISLAND, N..Y — As the annual tradition unfolds in the heart of NYC, where millions gather to witness the iconic ball drop, there’s still a world beyond those crowded streets. For those who want to ring in 2024 from anywhere you please, there are several options to kick off the new year right.
“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest,” The special we all know and love is set to grace our screens once again. Joined by Rita Ora, the festivities begin at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC live from Times Square. You can also stream on Hulu + Live TV, FuboTV, Direct TV Stream, and SlingTV. Joining forces for the countdown to midnight on Dec. 31, the special extends beyond New York City.
Jeannie Mai will co-host live in the Pacific Time Zone, with performances in Hollywood featuring Aqua, Bebe Rexha, Coco Jones, Doechii, Ellie Goulding, Green Day, Janelle Monae, Loud Luxury, Ludacris, Nile Rodgers & Chic, Paul Russel, Renee Rapp, Thirty Seconds to Mars, and Two Friends. Post Malone will take the stage in Las Vegas.
And in the Atlantic Time Zone, Dayanara Torres will bring the festivities to Puerto Rico with performer Ivy Queen.
Even across the globe, the New Jeans girl group is set to perform in South Korea.

Returning for the seventh year, Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen will co-host CNN’s ‘New Year’s Eve Live’ from Times Square. The program is set to air at 8 p.m. EST. Later in the night, Sara Sidner and Cari Champion will step in to lead the countdown as the Central Time Zone welcomes the New Year in Austin, Texas.
Adding to the lineup of NYE extravaganzas is CBS’ Nashville New Year’s Eve Special. The five-hour special is set to air live from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET/PT and 10:30 p.m ET/PT on CBS. You can also stream on Paramount + which is available live on demand with SHOWTIME bundle subscribers.
