Car flips, lands on car in Todt Hill driveway; 2 teens taken to hospital

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 19-year-old man lost control of his car, which flipped and landed on a parked car in a Todt Hill driveway Wednesday night.

The man told police that he was driving a silver 2024 Honda sedan northbound on Ocean Terrace just before 7 p.m. when his vision was obstructed by the headlights of another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.
