STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A memorial service for Dr. Irene Deitch is being planned for Sunday, Sept. 17 at 2 p.m. in the Green Dolphin Lounge at the College of Staten Island in Willowbrook.
The “Celebration of Life and Dedication of a Memorial Bench” is set for 2 to 3:30 p.m.
