WHAT TO KNOW

There are five parts to Rita Zheng and her family’s Chicken Burger menu.

In the second Chicken Burger food realm, fried chicken reigns with boneless and bone-in wings, the whole bird, cutlets and a “pistol leg.”

A further delve into the Crispy Burger gig turn up “Orleans Flavor,” Cajun seasoned wings and legs.

Separately, appetizers entail popcorn chicken, salt and crispy chicken, a cup of mayo-topped corn, cheese sticks, fried fish sticks, hash browned potato squares, coconut shrimp, squid rings and takoyaki, highly seasoned octopus, ball-shaped fritters.
