STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – There has never been a shortage of great nightlife hotspots on Staten Island.
Which great nightclubs, lounges and cocktail bars you remember depends on when you grew up.
And it doesnโt matter where you lived on Staten Island. There were places to get a drink, hear a DJ or a live band, dance or just chill out in a dimly lit and, back in the day, smokey, lounge on the North Shore, in the Mid-Island and on the South Shore.

So letโs take a trip back through time and check out some of Staten Islandโs fondly remembered nightclubs and lounges from the not-too-distant past. I hope the photos bring back some good memories.
