STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Twelve FDNY units and 60 firefighters responded to a fire at a two-story home in Elm Park Monday morning.
The “all hands” blaze was reported just before 10 a.m. at a private residence, located at 57 Trantor Place between Innis Street and Hooker Place.
The fire originated in the rear of the residence and was placed under control just before 11 a.m., an FDNY spokesperson said.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation, the spokesperson said.
