The Tottenville Pirates girls’ flag football team proved that Thursday at Brooklyn’s Aviator Sports Complex as the defending city champion Pirates, who lost to New Dorp twice during the regular season and had to settle for the No. 13 seed in the postseason, dismantled the top-seeded Central Cougars, 26-13, to gain a spot in the PSAL championship game.
