HS girls’ soccer: Sacred Heart dominates Sea en route to 3-1 state championship win

All good things must come to an end.

And for St. Joseph by-the-Sea, that end was unceremonious as its season ended by just falling short of a CHSAA Tier 1 state championship, 3-1, against Sacred Heart of Rockville Centre in Belson Stadium at St. John’s University. With the loss, the Vikings end their season 9-1-1 in the regular season and 12-2-2 overall.
