The Jets have a plan to stop the Eagles’ virtually unstoppable sneak on Sunday: Take every shot they can at quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Jets head coach Robert Saleh admitted there’s no strategy to stop it — because few have — but he vows the defense will make Hurts pay when he ducks behind, well, center Jason Kelce’s behind.

“If the quarterback carries the ball, we’ve got to give him 11 kisses, figure out a way to do that,” Saleh said with a grin before practice on Wednesday. “… They play violent, they play aggressive, they’ve got a quarterback who is super strong in terms of creating leverage. I don’t think he feels pain when he gets hit, even though we’re going to try – legally.”

Kisses, in Saleh’s lingo, are hits — legal ones, of course.

Corners of the NFL have called for the play — which is designed to push Hurts across the line to gain or the goal line — to be banned. But the league has resisted … so far.

The Eagles, who are 5-0 and join the Niners as the only unbeaten teams remaining, have run the play 43 times this season, converting a first down or scoring a touchdown 38 times — for an 88% success rate.

They ran the play six times in their Week 5 win over the Rams and were successful four times. The two failures came late in the game when they were running the clock down.

“The Eagles do this better than everybody else,” former WFAN host Mike Francesa said on his podcast. “I’ve seen other teams try it and fail. It;’s not like it’s auytomatic. If it became that prevalent and that automatic, then the committee should look into it. The Eagles, who have the best offensive line in the sport, who have a tremendous center, and who have a quarterback with phenomenal leg strength … a guy who is a powerful runner, and you add all those things in … and you wind up with a first down or a touchdown.”
