Kids Boo Fest returns to Six Flags Great Adventure this fall

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Fall festivities are starting to ramp up at Six Flags Great Adventure with the second annual Kids Boo Fest returning this month to the Jackson, New Jersey, theme park.

The event, which will run from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every weekend through Oct. 29, offers a variety of family-friendly attractions that are all included with general park admission.

Kids ages 12 and under can enjoy maneuvering through the Crazy Corn Maze and Hay Bale Maze as well as a stroll through the trick-or-treating trail in Cornstalk National Park. Families can participate in the Hunt for Boo, Boo’s Bingo, a live show called “Witch’s Brew” and fun-filled wagon rides.

Six Flags also will celebrate Oktoberfest on the weekends through Nov. 5 with a wide range of entertainment, food and beverage options. This year, the 30th annual Fright Fest will return as well, featuring several new thrilling haunts such as “The Conjuring” and “Saw X” on select nights through Oct. 31.

Park visitors can use their new 2024 season passes for 2023 Fright Fest, Oktoberfest, Boo Fest and Holiday in the Park.
