NY weather: Expect snow squalls in New York until Wednesday midday

A weather alert was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 4:40 a.m. for snow squalls until 12:30 p.m. for Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Erie, Genesee, Livingston and Ontario counties.
