NYPD: Man, 24, reported missing from Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 24-year-old man who was reported missing from his home in New Dorp.

Nahji Gotay, who lives in the vicinity of Tysens Lane and Falcon Avenue, was last seen leaving his residence at around 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

Police describe the man as standing about 5-feet, 7-inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, and having a light complexion.

The NYPD supplied a photo of the missing man to the media.
