NYPD: Man, 25, reported missing on Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 25-year-old man reported missing from Mariners Harbor.

Kyle Gibbs was last seen inside his residence on Union Court around 4:05 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

Gibbs is described as 6′1″ tall, 190 pounds, with a dark complexion, a medium build, brown eyes and black hair.

He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black hat, and carrying a tan backpack.

A photo of Gibbs was supplied to the media by the NYPD.
