NYPD searching for boy, 16, reported missing from Port Richmond

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old boy from Port Richmond who was reported missing.

Donald Brown, who lives on Palmer Avenue, was last seen on Monday, Oct. 23 in the vicinity of 101 Belmont Place at around 2:30 p.m.

He is described as a male, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
