Our Lady of Good Council School teaching sign language: ‘It’s just a different way to learn’

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Our Lady of Good Council School has switched from Italian to American Sign Language as the school’s language. It has been met with great enthusiasm by students and parents alike.
