STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Ozana Realty Group raised thousands of dollars for the third straight year to help support Eden II Programs during a charity softball game in South Beach Tuesday.
The Ozana team squared off against a familiar opponent, CrossCountry Mortgage Metro.

“Every single year we love to host this game and support Eden II,” said Ozana Realty Head Broker Gal Ozana. “We have fun, everyone out here is enjoying themselves and all of the money raised goes to an amazing cause.”

Nicole Falcone, the Ozana Realty real estate agent who helped organize the event this year, stressed how this game means so much to so many people every year.
“It’s so important because we get to support and bring awareness to the significance of Eden II Programs,” Falcone said.

Just as in past years, dozens of players, sponsors and on-lookers gathered at the field along Father Capodanno Boulevard to watch these companies battle it out.
A little history for those keeping score: In the inaugural game three years ago, Ozana topped Freedom Mortgage by the score of 13-11.

Last year, the Ozana team lost to CrossCountry, 18-8.
And this year, the Ozana team lost by a wide margin once again.
