STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon in West Brighton, according to police.
At 3:50 p.m., emergency responders received a call reporting the collision at the intersection of Henderson Avenue and North Burgher Avenue, the NYPD spokesman said.
EMS transported one individual to Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC) in West Brighton, as reported by the FDNY. The condition of the patient is unknown at this time.
The NYPD had the intersection blocked off following the crash.
