S.I. CYO Cheerleading Championships: St. Charles has two big winners, while OLQP, OLSS and Saints also prevail

There were high-fliers, daring acrobatics, flippers, spinners and more as the Staten Island CYO Cheerleading Championships took centerstage Saturday at the College of Staten Island’s Sports and Recreation Center, Willowbrook.

The event saw 32 teams in 11 divisions compete with champions being crowned in five scoring divisions over a pair of sessions in front of SRO, loud and proud supporters.
