Seven most expensive homes sold on the North Shore, Jan. 8 – Feb. 4

A house on Staten Island that sold for $680,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales on the North Shore between Jan. 8 and Feb. 4.

In total, 22 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past four weeks, with an average price of $600,210, $436 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of January 8 to the week of Feb. 4 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

7. $268K, condominium at 755 Narrows Road

The property at 755 Narrows Road has new owners. The price was $267,500. The condominium was built in 1987 and has a living area of 656 square feet. The price per square foot is $408. The deal was finalized on Jan. 18.
