Six most expensive homes sold on the South Shore, Jan. 22 – Feb. 4

A house on Staten Island that sold for $1.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales on the South Shore between Jan. 22 and Feb. 4.

In total, 20 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $719,600. The average price per square foot was $535.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of January 22 to the week of Feb. 4 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

6. $560K, single-family home at 30 Eric Lane

The sale of the single-family home at 30 Eric Lane has been finalized. The price was $560,000, and the house changed hands in January. The house was built in 1990 and has a living area of 1,690 square feet. The price per square foot was $331. The deal was finalized on Jan. 17.
