STATEN ISLAND, NY — Fiesta Adult Daycare, which has locations in Coney Island and Bushwick, is taking the space of a newly renovated development in Westerleigh.

The day care at 2200 Victory Blvd. secured a 10-year lease for its 6,000-square-foot space on the second floor, according to Tri State Realty. Asking rent for the space was $40 per square foot.
The social adult day care, which does not have a confirmed opening date, offers meals, recreational activities, and amenities like a hair and nail salon, based on it’s other locations.
The day care will be situated alongside Island Kosher Supermarket, Dairy Palace Pizza and Continental Dry Cleaners in the two-story retail building, located on the corner of Victory Boulevard and Carmel Ave.
