STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is investigating the shooting death of 13-year-old Troy Gill in Crown Heights on Thursday, according to a report by CBS News.
After neighbors called to report gunfire, police found Gill with bullet wounds at the corner of Brooklyn Avenue and St. Mark’s Avenue on Thursday night.
