Ramirez (13-1) successfully defended his belt for a first time in July vs. Japan’s Satoshi Shimizu.

Saturday, he gets to defend his crown in front of his hometown crowd, but it won’t be easy as Espinoza has won all 21 of his bouts.

“Miami is for many of us Cubans an important meeting point, where Spanish is spoken, our heritage is celebrated, and we remember our homeland daily through the city’s vibrant culture,” said Ramirez via a press release. “Ever since I turned professional, I have wanted to fight near my people of Miami, where I also live.”

In all, eight fights are on the card (see the schedule below) and most should be action-packed and exciting.

The co-main event features a second world title match between Puerto Rican sensation Xander Zayas squares off against Spain’s Jorge Fortea.
