The police have arrested a Bronx man who allegedly gunned down a woman in the victim’s apartment.
Lacon Brown, 48, was arrested Monday for allegedly killing Cindy Maxwell, 45, inside her apartment located on Arnow Avenue in the Bronx, according to police. Brown has been charged with murder and the criminal possession of a weapon.
Police found Maxwell’s body after receiving a 911 call to do a wellness check at around 3:50 p.m. on Saturday. When cops entered the apartment, they found her dead with numerous gunshots to the body.
