A 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged with his mother’s murder after she was found with multiple stab wounds to her neck in south Brooklyn Friday, a police spokesperson said.
Inna Deshkovich, 52, was pronounced dead after police were called to a 2-story red brick house on 135 93rd St in Bay Ridge just after 7:30pm.
Her son, Vladislav Deshkovich, was arrested in relation to the stabbing and charged with murder Saturday morning.
Councilmember Justin Brannan, who represents the neighborhood, called the news “horrific” in a post on X.
“Please keep the victim, her family, friends, and neighbors in your thoughts today,” he said.
