Brooklyn train-stabber Jordan Williams dodges manslaughter prosecution

Jordan Williams, the Queens man charged with manslaughter for stabbing an ex-con harassing his girlfriend on the J train, will not face prosecution, his lawyer and Brooklyn prosecutors confirmed Wednesday after it was determined that he acted in self-defense.

The Brooklyn grand jury hearing the case declined to indict him for weapons charges and killing Devictor Ouedraogo, 36, who was recorded on video harassing Williamsโ€™s girlfriend on June 14 as the train crossed the Williamsburg Bridge just after 8 p.m.
