Frank Carone returns to Abrams Fensterman, as counsel

Frank Carone, former Chief of Staff to Mayor Eric Adams and past president of the Brooklyn Bar Association, is returning to his former role of โ€œOf Counselโ€ at Abrams Fensterman, the firm announced this month.

Carone, who spent the past year managing the complex legal and political challenges of a $104 billion budget and a workforce of 325,000 as Mayor Adamsโ€™ right hand, described his tenure as โ€œexhilarating.โ€ He expressed his enthusiasm about his return, and said, โ€œWhile I enjoyed every minute of my public service, Iโ€™m excited to return to working back home with Abrams Fensterman.โ€

In addition to his role at Abrams Fensterman, Carone has also launched Oaktree Solutions, Ltd, a public affairs practice that offers a broad range of services, including litigation support, crisis management and government relations strategy.

Abrams Fensterman is led by a team of former judges, public officials, and attorneys. Carone played a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of the firm, leading the growth of its Brooklyn office since 2011 and positioning it as one of the regionโ€™s top law firms.
