Robber stabs teen during heist in Brooklyn subway

A thief stabbed a 15-year-old boy before making off with his phone inside a Brooklyn subway station Sunday, according to police.

The victim was inside the E. 105th St. station near Foster Ave. in Canarsie at 6:11 p.m. when the robber stabbed him in the left hip, cops said.

Paramedics rushed the teenager to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition, according to law enforcement.

The thief, who was spotted wearing a black mask, fled topside with the victimโ€™s phone, cops said.

The Canarsie stabbing followed a Wednesday attack in which an argument over a subway seat led one commuter to stab a man in the stomach aboard a northbound No. 5 train in Manhattan.

Prior to that, a man went on an 18-minute slashing spree during which he cut three womenโ€™s legs at stations along the Lexington Ave. Line in Manhattan last Monday.
