Two men were shot at a Brooklyn NYCHA development Monday, leaving one critically hurt, police said.
Shots rang out at the Ingersoll Houses on Monument Walk in Fort Greene about 11:10 a.m., cops said.
A 33-year-old man was shot in the head and was rushed by medics to nearby Brooklyn Hospital Center. The less seriously injured victim, 21, was struck in the left hand and made it on his own to the same hospital.
There were no immediate arrests.
Less than three hours earlier in the Bronx, a 40-year-old man was shot twice in the right foot and once in the right leg at Westchester Ave. and E. 156th St.
The victim was able to get to Lincoln Hospital by private means and is in stable condition. It was not immediately clear if he was the intended target.
