Two men shot, one fatally, on Bronx street corner

Two men were shot, one fatally, on a Bronx street corner early Thursday, police said.

Cops responding to a 911 call found a 34-year-old man shot in the leg at E. 213th St. and Holland Ave. in Williamsbridge. Medics took him to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition.

Police later learned a 26-year-old man had gone to Montefiore Medical Center without the help of authorities and died there from gunshot wounds to his chest and shoulder.

The surviving victim told police he was hanging out when a gunman dressed all in black approached and opened fire.

Police said it wasn’t clear if the two victims were together or who was targeted.
