ALBANY – City police said they arrested a 25-year-old Albany man for firing several rounds from a .380 caliber handgun toward a crowd of people standing outside on the 300 block of Central Avenue just east of Quail Street last month.
The suspect was arrested Tuesday following an investigation by city detectives. The incident occurred at about 1:10 a.m. Sunday, March 12. No injuries were reported, police said.
He was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon, arraigned and jailed.
