TROY — City police said the body recovered Wednesday by police and firefighters from the Hudson River in the area of the Madison Street Pier was that of a 32-year-old man.
Following an investigation, including an autopsy, it was determined there are no suspicious circumstances connected to the death, police said in a statement.
