One weekend, two conference championships for Siena.
The men’s tennis and men’s golf teams both took home Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference titles on Sunday.
It was the first in program history for men’s tennis, which rallied from an 0-3 deficit against Quinnipiac on Saturday in the semifinal before sweeping Fairfield 4-0 on Sunday.
“When I showed up the last day, for the finals on Sunday, just seeing how focused they were, they were all business. I could just tell that they really, really wanted it and it was good to see because you don’t always get that,” tennis coach Jeff Osborn said.

And just continuing that momentum in, there were a few more teams we had to cross off our list to achieve the ultimate goal.”
The Saints swept the MAAC awards, with Russo taking Player of the Year and Osborn winning Coach of the Year in addition to Vo’s Rookie of the Year nod.
