LAKE GEORGE — In celebration of their first anniversary, The Gem and Little Gem, a smokehouse restaurant and neighboring liquor store in Bolton Landing, have unveiled a new food truck that will allow the beloved Adirondacks business to expand its operation.

Located at 4981 Lake Shore Drive, The Gem and Little Gem are also owned by Kirby and Kristan Keck Farmer, who operate the popular Wm. Farmer and Sons guesthouse and restaurant in Hudson.
