A house in Cazenovia that sold for $400,000 tops the list of the most expensive real estate sales in Madison County_NY between Dec. 30 and Jan. 5.

In total, 20 real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $195,625. The average price per square foot was $130.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of December 16 to the week of Jan. 5 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
