Syracuse, N.Y. — Last year was the third-warmest and one of the least snowy in Syracuse since official records began in 1902.
Six of the ten warmest years in Syracuse have now occurred since 2022, according to the Northeast Regional Climate Center, which aggregates data from the National Weather Service. Meteorologists say a warming planet is making it more likely that we will continue to break records.
