This week, the Onondaga County Clerk recorded 144 home sales. Sales were largely from Sept. 18 through Sept. 22, but contain some from Sept. 14 and 15 that were not available at publishing time last week.
The most expensive home sold was a 5-bedroom, 3ยฝ-bath colonial on .52 acres in the Town of Manlius that sold for $765,000, according to Onondaga County real estate records. The home last sold in 2010 for $467,000. (See photos of the home)
