Average home sale prices are up the most this year in these Onondaga County towns

Syracuse, N.Y. — Average home sale prices are up 11% or more when compared with this point in 2023 in six Onondaga County towns, according to new data.

The towns are Camillus, DeWitt, Geddes, Onondaga, Pompey and Salina, according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors. The biggest increase so far is in Pompey, where the average home sale price is up over 17% when compared with this time last year.
