Baby delivered after her mother was shot in the head in Syracuse; mom may not make it

Syracuse, N.Y. — The baby of a pregnant woman shot in the head near the Syracuse Rescue Mission on Friday has been delivered and is in stable condition, a prosecutor said Monday.
