Syracuse, N.Y. — Boeheim’s Army faces Herd That in the Elite Eight round of The Basketball Tournament at 4 p.m. Sunday at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, West Virginia.

End 1st quarter
Boeheim’s Army leads 18-15 at the end of the first quarter. Boeheim’s Army is ahead despite a slow start from the team’s leading scorer in the tournament. Grant Riller, who scored 29 points in Wednesday’s win over Blue Collar U, has just two points so far.
B.J. Johnson and Jamil Wilson both have four points for Boeheim’s Army.
4:00 left in 1st quarter
It’s a tight, back-and-forth contest so far between Boeheim’s Army and Herd That. There have been six lead changes in just the first five minutes and the game is currently tied at 10-all.
B.J. Johnson, who has been limited in the last two games with an injured calf, started and has scored four points for Boeheim’s Army. Herd That took advantage of some offensive rebound to score its first four points.
Boeheim’s Army forward Chris McCullough has committed to early fouls.

Today’s winner will play Heartfire, which won the Wichita regional, on Wednesday at the Daskalaksis Athletic Center at Drexel University. The game will start at 7 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN.
