‘Buffalo is a travesty. A mess.’ What they’re saying about the Bills following loss to Broncos

The Buffalo Bills are officially a disaster at 5-5.

With a tough slate of games remaining, Monday Night Football against the Denver Broncos was a must-win game. The team didn’t get the memo, however. On offense, there were turnovers galore.

James Cook fumbled twice, losing one on the first play of the game. Josh Allen threw two interceptions, one that was completely on the quarterback and another that simply bounced off the hands of Gabe Davis. Allen also fumbled a handoff attempt in the loss.

Buffalo put together a strong effort early on defense, but they caved late allowing multiple third down conversions and scores late.

The special teams unit also failed Buffalo. Sam Martin struggled punting the ball and the coverage team allowed some big returns to Marvin Mims Jr., but those mistakes pale in comparison to what happened late in the game. Denver rushed onto the field for a last second field goal attempt. The kick sailed right and the fans at Highmark Stadium thought Buffalo was squeaking out another victory. Not so fast. Somehow, the Bills had 12 men on the field.

Denver attempted to hand the Bills the game multiple times, but Buffalo just regifted it back over and over again.

Following their latest loss, the media did not hold back on the Bills. Here is what they were saying.
