Some Central New York businesses and community organizations have closed or delayed opening due to the storm that began last night and continues today.
The National Weather Service is calling for a chance of rain or freezing rain before 2 p.m. then rain showers this afternoon and tonight. The high is expected to be around 35 degrees.
Temperatures will be a bit lower in Oswego County and north. The forecast there calls for snow, freezing drizzle and sleet today.
