County Clerk offices in Onondaga, Cayuga and Madison counties registered 35 new businesses during the week of Oct. 16 through 20. Some of those businesses included cleaning services and a new ice cream shop.
Two businesses filed cross-county. One new corporation was registered.
Three businesses in Onondaga County and one in Cayuga County filed to stop operating.
