April Pirie has been promoted to assistant director of nursing for Loretto Health & Rehabilitation, after two years as a nurse manager.
After years of managing residents’ daily and long-term care, providing physical and emotional support, Pirie will now develop, implement, and evaluate the day-to-day functions of the nursing department at Loretto Health & Rehabilitation. She will round all of these units daily and direct the resident care planning process, coordinating nursing practices and determining staffing needs to assure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient care and services.
