Company news: Marisa Norcross promoted by MACNY, The Manufacturers Assocation

MACNY, The Manufacturers Association of Central New York, announced the promotion of Marisa Norcross to chief operations officer.

Reporting directly to the president and CEO, she will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and play a critical role in the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased operational efficiency. She will provide direct oversight of MACNY’s member services including events, training, and membership development, and the marketing and communications department.
