Firefighters from 2 Central NY counties respond to building collapse, gas leak

Sullivan, N.Y. — Firefighters from Madison and Onondaga counties Wednesday are on the scene of a building collapse and gas leak.

The call came in 1:37 p.m. that a building had collapsed on Black Creek Road in the town of Sullivan, according to Onondaga County 911 Center. Black Creek and Bender roads are closed downs.

An ambulance crew has been dispatched. Firefighters and police are on the scene.

There are no reports of injuries, said Samantha Field, a spokesperson for Madion County.
